SMEG HEALTH RISK ASSESSMENT
Coming to Miller Schools February 29th, Wednesday, is our annual SOUTHWEST MISSOURI EDUCATORS GROUP health risk assessment. This is a no charge blood draw,blood pressure and body composition screening for those who are on the St John's insurance.
Sign up is required in the health office for an appointment. Start time is 7:00am thru 10:00am. You must be fasting for 8 hours except for water and any prescribed medications.
You will receive your results within 3-4 weeks of the initial HRA date.
Those staff members not on insurance may participate for a $27 fee.
WHY SHOULD I PARTICIPATE?
Health promotion programs make sense--for people of both sexes and all ages. Every dollar invested in wellness saves four dollars in health care costs. We must keep the healthy employees healthy and teach personal responsibility.
