Miller R-II School District is excited to host the Jordan Valley Mobile Dental Clinic! This is a traveling dental clinic staffed with a dentist and dental hygienist sponsored by the Jordan Valley Community Health Center, a community based organization whose mission is to expand services and collaborate throughout the community to improve the health outcomes of families and prepare the next generation for a healthy life.
WHO? All Miller Schools students grades K thru 12th that have Medicaid/MC+.
WHERE? High School behind the AG Department.
WHEN? Monday through Thursday, October 18th-21st. Appointments will be scheduled between 8:00AM and 3:00PM.
WHAT is offered? Screenings, examinations, X-rays, sealant, preventative education, restoration, extractions, referrals.
Elementary students parents: call 452-3512 ext.1017 for an appointment
High School students parents: call 452-3271 ext.3508 for an appointment.
