Lady Cardinals Pound Opponents to Win District and Sectionals

The Lady Cardinals defeated arch-rival Lockwood in the semi-finals and McAuley for the district win Tuesday night , October 27. Nicole Adams led the team with 15 kills and Kurstine Owens led with 14 assists.
The Lady Cardinals advanced and played this past Saturday, October 31 at Billings and soundly defeated Galena clinching the sectional championship. For the quarterfinal championship, the Cardinals faced Winona and lost two closely contested matches.
The Lady Cardinals did an outstanding job this year representing our school and were a shining example of teamwork and keeping high standards of behavior both on and off the court. Despite the loss in quarterfinals, our ladies were competitors until the end. GREAT WORK LADY CARDS for bringing our fans and EXCITING AND MEMORABLE YEAR OF VOLLEYBALL! :)
