School Grade Cards Details: Junior High and High School Semester 1 2009

Parents and Guardians:
Two issues may affect the timely reporting of grades as we end semester one of the 2008-09 school year.
1. Parents will need to settle all accounts due to the school prior to receiving their grade card. Grade cards will be available in the main office past January 16 if accounts have not been settled.
2. Students that have more than 4 absences will be required to complete academic hours in the after school program to receive their passing grades and credit for courses toward graduation. Principal Terry Robinson will provide time logs for students to document their make-up time in the after school program and the specific amount of time they must complete to earn their passing grades.
If neither of the two circumstances apply to your child, first semester grade cards will be mailed on or about January 16, 2009 to your home.
